h111 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "h111" or "Platform" refers to the online casino, sportsbook, and associated services operated at h111.bid and any sub-domains thereof.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful registration at h111.
• "Real Money Balance" means the funds deposited by the Player and held in the Player's h111 wallet, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional funds, free spin winnings, or other non-cash credits added to the Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process h111 is required to perform in accordance with its international gaming licence obligations.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and other features accessible via the h111 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any jurisdiction in which accessing and using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

References to "including" mean "including without limitation." Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation. Singular includes plural and vice versa where the context requires.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of h111 constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the earliest of: (a) completion of the account registration process; (b) making a deposit into an h111 account; or (c) using any part of the h111 gaming or sportsbook services.

These Terms should be read alongside h111's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and h111. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game or promotion terms, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

The following eligibility requirements must be satisfied to open and maintain an h111 account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
4. You must not be a resident of or accessing h111 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of any h111 employee or affiliated entity.
6. You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or subject to any exclusion order covering h111.

h111 reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including before allowing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and return of deposited funds (minus any bonus amounts).

4. Account Registration and KYC Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) h111 account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identity details, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts with immediate effect.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

KYC verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. h111's KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (front and back);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details matching your registered name);
• Any additional documentation h111 or its licensing authority may reasonably request in connection with AML obligations.

h111 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time without prior notice. This may temporarily delay withdrawals but will not affect your Real Money Balance.

5. Account Security and Confidentiality

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h111 account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your h111 account — whether by you or by any third party who has accessed your account through any means — is your responsibility. h111 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

• You must use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• You are strongly advised to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your h111 account.
• You must log out of your h111 account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• h111 staff will never ask for your password by any communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify h111 support via live chat immediately. h111 will suspend the account and begin a security review upon receiving such a report.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

h111 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the h111 cashier at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded and the associated account reviewed.

h111 does not charge deposit fees on its side. Third-party transaction fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., mobile wallet processing fees or bank charges) are outside h111's control and are the depositing player's responsibility. Cryptocurrency network fees for USDT transactions are determined by the TRC20 network and are not controlled by h111.

h111 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits that appear inconsistent with account activity patterns or that trigger AML review protocols. Rejected deposits will be returned to the originating payment method.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from h111 are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. h111 does not withdraw to third-party payment accounts.
• Any active bonus balance and associated wagering requirements must be considered before withdrawal — Real Money Balance may be withdrawn independently of any outstanding Bonus Balance wagering obligation, but the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived from it prior to wagering completion will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the Real Money Balance.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the h111 cashier and vary by payment method.
• h111 may impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis, which are published in the cashier. VIP-tier accounts may have elevated limits — contact support for details.

h111 aims to process all withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — 5 to 30 minutes during standard hours; bank transfers — 1 to 3 business days; USDT TRC20 — typically 10 to 60 minutes subject to network congestion. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and h111 is not liable for delays caused by payment network issues outside its control.

h111 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of a security or compliance review. Players will be notified of any such review via their registered email address and the delay shall not exceed a reasonable period.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

h111 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms and the specific Promotion Terms published at the time of each offer. In the event of conflict, specific Promotion Terms prevail.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all h111 promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the Promotion Terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent at the time of award.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirement multipliers and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.
• h111 reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts that count toward wagering requirements. Placing bets above the specified maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• All bonuses carry an expiry date. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses that expire will be removed from the account without compensation.
• h111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed in good faith.

9. Casino Games and Fairness

All casino games available at h111 are sourced from licensed and certified game providers. Each game's Random Number Generator (RNG) is independently tested and certified to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not manipulated by h111 or any third party.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect the long-run theoretical return rate as certified by independent testing laboratories. Individual session results may vary significantly from the published RTP. Past session results do not influence future outcomes — each game round is an independent event.

h111 does not modify game mathematics, cap maximum wins, or adjust payout rates at the platform level. The game experience you receive reflects the game provider's published specifications.

Live dealer games are subject to the rules as displayed within each game. Live dealer decisions are final once the relevant game round has concluded. Any dispute regarding a live dealer game outcome must be raised with h111 support within 14 days of the game round in question.

10. Sportsbook Betting Rules

The h111 sportsbook is governed by these General Terms and the specific Sportsbook Rules published separately on the platform. By placing a sportsbook bet, you accept both sets of rules.

All sportsbook bets are accepted at h111's absolute discretion. h111 reserves the right to:

• Refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason;
• Void bets placed on markets affected by verified match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity;
• Correct obvious pricing errors — any bet placed on an obvious pricing error will be settled at the correct price or voided at h111's discretion;
• Suspend live in-play betting markets at any time during an event;
• Apply maximum win limits per event and per market as published in the Sportsbook Rules.

Cricket betting markets, including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test match markets, are settled in accordance with the results as determined by the relevant official governing body (PCB, ICC). In-play bets that have been accepted and confirmed are honoured regardless of subsequent disconnections, provided the event reached a natural conclusion.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h111 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one h111 account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with h111 in any way;
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sportsbook market;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or betting on markets using non-public information;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes of money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Accessing h111 services from a self-excluded account or in violation of a self-exclusion order;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing h111 staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent h111's responsible gaming tools or exploit responsible gaming systems;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access h111's source code or technical systems.

12. Responsible Gaming

h111 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or emotional distress. The following tools are available to all registered h111 players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits are subject to a 24–72 hour cooling period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period. When the limit is reached, your access to real-money gaming is paused for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. h111 will display a reminder when your limit is approaching and pause auto-play features when it is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account remains accessible for viewing transaction history only.

13. Account Closure and Suspension

You may request closure of your h111 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure requested for non-responsible-gaming reasons, any Real Money Balance in your account will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no AML review is pending.

h111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraud or bonus abuse; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) AML concerns; (e) regulatory requirements; or (f) receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal.

Where h111 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, h111 is not obligated to return any Bonus Balance or associated winnings. Return of Real Money Balance in breach-related closures is subject to completion of any financial review h111 is required to conduct.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, h111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your h111 Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

h111 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from technical failures, interruptions to service, or third-party payment network issues beyond h111's direct control;
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling;
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the platform, including game RTPs, odds, or promotional materials;
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms limits h111's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by h111's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on the h111 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, sound, images, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of h111 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h111 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any h111 content; reverse engineer or decompile any h111 software; use h111's branding or trademarks without prior written consent; or scrape, index, or collect data from the h111 platform by automated means.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

h111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept h111's Privacy Policy in its current form.

h111 processes personal data for purposes including: account management and verification; payment processing and fraud prevention; regulatory compliance including AML and KYC obligations; responsible gaming programme administration; and platform improvement and analytics.

17. Amendments to These Terms

h111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of h111 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of h111 and may request account closure and return of your Real Money Balance. The version of these Terms applicable to your use of h111 is the version in effect at the time of each relevant interaction.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which h111's international gaming licence is issued.
